Getting Started

InVuite’s application is an information management system designed for workflow orchestration and acts as a customisable conduit between separate systems, e.g. internal workflow, underwriting engines, claims engines, financial systems. InVuite allows for straight through and semi-straight through processing on scale.

Using InVuite, you can allow different parts of your business or other authorised third parties to process for you inside the application.

Request Management

InVuite is able to integrate to your underwriting or claims engine and where your AI enables it, can provide an end-to-end, digital, contactless information flow, enabling underwriting and claims decisions to be made without human intervention. Your business can be fully automated or have automated features, allowing parts of your business to operate differently and independently.

InVuite is able to integrate to your operational workflows eliminating effort in request submission and retrieval. InVuite has a variety of out of the box communication features, eliminating redundancies and providing better customer interactions.

Insurers are able to provide siloed access to third parties to process on their behalf, this can be done by traditional outsourcing methods or by utilising the semi-automated or automated processes above. This affords the insurer a cost-effective, transparent means of managing their information management requirements.

System Basics

InVuite offers configurable communication options at every step. Customisable templates and multiple trigger points for stakeholder communications that can be turned on or turned off, based on your business needs.

InVuite’s inbuilt SmartForm builder allows for the creation of unlimited forms to replace existing, static reports and open new opportunities. All SmartForms are dynamic, allowing for and prompting additional comments or clarification based on responses as required. Digital Signature enabled SmartForms templates can be created for any purpose, and questions can be customised prior to sending to give total control over the required information retrieval.

There is great flexibility with eleven individual user profiles out of the box and profiles can be layered to give additional, tailored access depending on user needs and security. Insurers can grant access to individuals or groups for differing needs, maintaining control and confidentiality.
